We endeavour at all times to make our fees competitive and have fixed fees for almost everything we are able to do for you, definitely cheaper than charging you per hour. We therefore have the following price structure:
FREE consultation for the first 15 minutes. In majority of cases, we are able to determine the way forward within this free consultation period. Even if you have to pay for consultation, our fees are very competitive too.
If consultation is necessary after the first free 15 minutes - £45 for One hour
To complete your appeal forms and provide grounds of appeal - £50
Written Representation - £150
Paper Hearing before an Immigration Judge - £150
Oral Hearing before an Immigration Judge - £350
Adjourned fee - £150
To trigger a right of appeal when you do not have one - £150
A paper application for Judicial Review - £450
Oral hearing after paper for Judicial Review - £500
Application & straight for Oral Judicial Review - £850
Please note that this fee structure does not include any application fee to the Court or travel cost if the case is listed for hearing in courts outside London. Most immigration cases, possibly about 80%, will be resolved by the headings of prices provided. As such, our fee structure stops at Judicial Review and does not provide further information on Court of Appeal or higher court cases.
